Howard Hughes (1905-1976)

Howard Hughes setting multiple flight speed records while also working as an engineer and a filmmaker is genuinely the most "main character energy" resume I've come across doing this project, and I mean that as a real compliment, not just an internet joke, because succeeding at that level in aviation and film simultaneously requires being obsessively good at two completely unrelated fields at once. I don't know enough about early aviation history to speak to the technical side with any real authority, so I'll be honest about that limit instead of pretending otherwise. What I find interesting is how rare that specific combination is even now — most people who are extremely online and extremely talented pick one lane and stay in it, and Hughes apparently just refused to. Advancing American aviation technology while also being a notable figure in filmmaking during the same era is the kind of range that would absolutely break the algorithm if it happened today, in a good way.
