Let me tell you something about John Cena — you don't hold the record for most Make-A-Wish wishes granted, over 650 of them, by accident. That's not a highlight, that's a habit. I coach kids for a living, and the thing I try to drill into them is that the real measure of an athlete isn't the championship, it's what you do with the platform once you've got one. Cena built a whole career as a wrestler and actor, and instead of coasting on that, he showed up, again and again, for kids fighting the hardest battle of their lives. You want to talk about somebody who never took a rep off? That number represents hundreds of individual days where a sick kid got to meet their hero because he said yes one more time. I tell my players: greatness is what you do when nobody's grading you on it. Cena's out here setting the bar for the rest of us. Respect.
